One dead, 10 injured in attack on London Mosque
At least one person was killed and 10 injured when a van struck a crowd of Muslim worshippers coming out of the Finsbury Road Mosque in north London early Monday. One of the three men in the van jumped out with a knife and stabbed people in the crowd which had just left evening prayers after breaking the Ramadan fast. Police have arrested one man. One witness shouted: “He tried to do a London Bridge thing” – in reference to the Islamist terrorist attack a few weeks ago when three terrorists rammed pedestrians on the bridge, then knifed people in a nearby market, killing eight.
