Ousted Ukraine president sought for “mass murder”

The acting Ukrainian Interior Minister announced Monday that deposed President Viktor Yanukovych is wanted for the “mass murder of peaceful citizens” protesting against his rule. He made his last appearance in Kharkiv in a statement refusing to step down. Sunday, he is is reported to have been seen in the Crimean town of Balaklava. If this is confirmed, it would suggest that Yanukovych is sheltering under the protection of the massive Russian military concentration in the Crimean area.
