Over 10 killed in Damascus car bombing near Shiite mosque

A car bomb driven by an ISIS terrorist blew up Monday morning near the Sayyida Zeinab mosque in a southern suburb of Damascus. Syrian human rights organizations said at least 10 people were killed and dozens were injured. The mosque complex has been hit by a number of deadly attacks in recent years even though it is guarded by the Syrian army and Hizballah volunteers. According to Shiite tradition, the prophet Mohammad's granddaughter Zeinab is buried in the complex.
