Over 45 dead in ISIS double car bombing in northern Syria

More than 45 people were killed and dozens of others were wounded when two car bombs blew up early Wednesday afternoon in the Kurdish city of Qamishli, located in northern Syria near the Turkish border. Islamic State announced via the Aamaq news agency that it carried out the attack.
