Over 70 killed, 100 wounded in ISIS truck bomb attack on Libyan complex

More than 70 people were killed and over 100 wounded on in an attack by a truck packed with explosives and suicide bombers in the western Libyan city of Zliten on Thursday morning. ISIS took responsibility for the attack on the complex used by the local police. Local hospitals issued urgent calls for citizens to donate blood.
