Palestinian Islamic Jihad claims Jerusalem stabbing

The radical Palestinian Islamic Jihad has claimed that Muhand Halabi, 19,from El-Bireh near Ramallah belonged to the group and was under orders to kill Jews in the Old City of Jerusalem.
