Palestinian killed in Jenin died in a local brawl

An IDF investigation found that Ahmed Tazaza was hospitalized in critical condition from which he later died at least an hour before the clash between Israeli troops and a mob in Kabatiya, Jenin early Thursday. He was not killed in a clash with Israeli troops as earlier reported, but injured in a local brawl. The troops did open fire when they were attacked on the way to arrest a suspected Palestinian terrorist by a mob hurling rocks, iron bars and bottle bombs. But no one was hurt.
