Palestinian knife attack thwarted at checkpoint south of Jerusalem

A force of IDF troops manning the Rachel checkpoint north of Bethlehem prevented a stabbing attack on Wednesday when they conducted a search of a young Palestinian who raised their suspicion and discovered a knife under his shirt. He was arrested and taken in for questioning. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
