Jibril Rajoub, who previously served as head of the Palestinian Authority's secret police, was served with a summons when he arrived at New York's JFK airport on Wednesday. Rajoub, who is making his first trip to the US, faces a $250 million lawsuit over the 1995 killing of a Palestinian American. Family members of Azam Rahim who initiated the legal steps against Rajoub claim that the deceased was tortured to death at a detention facility of the Palestinian Preventive Security Force when Rajoub served as its head.
