Palestinian rocket fire continues, along with IDF strikes on Gaza targets
Nightfall Saturday saw more rounds of Palestinian rocket fire, mainly against the Israeli towns and villages abutting the Gaza Strip, after more than 200 were fired during the day. Iron Dome intercepted most of the projectiles before they hit populated areas. The IDF reported striking 70 terrorist targets with casualties, thus far. Because of security hazards, Israel Railways has cancelled the Beer Sheba-Ashkelon service for Saturday night and closed the Netivot and Sderot stations.
Its well past time for the IDF to take the gloves off! If the Palestinians are not bound by the 1949 Geneva Conventions prohibiting the deliberate targeting of civilians, neither should Israel be bound by them. Let the momzers define their own “Rules Of Engagement” and then let the IDF operate by those exact same rules; then Hamas will have no legitimate basis for complaint. Downtown Gaza City has numerous exclusive wealthy neighborhoods. Using non-nuclear weapons, such as airstrikes and long range artillery, the IDF can make Gaza City look like Hiroshima and Nagasaki. There is an old Marine Corps adage about “Payback,” which cannot be repeated in its entirety in family publications, but in essence, “what goes around, comes around!”
