Palestinian rocket from Gaza lands in sea

The IDF spokesman attempted to downplay the incident by reporting that the Palestinians had fired a rocket into the sea.

    From the Debka article:

” The IDF spokesman attempted to downplay the incident by reporting that the Palestinians had fired a rocket into the sea.”

There should be no need for “testing” since Iranian made rockets have already been tested and approved for distribution Iran’s allies.

Maybe, the fakestinians developed some rocket science (in Arab eyes),
which they wanted to test but not reveal to IDF intelligence until it
    is usable.
There are means to build guided missiles with simple off the shelf
consumer electronics, I will not disclose.
