Palestinian stabbing thwarted at IDF Hawara checkpost

A Palestinian terrorist who tried to stab soldiers at the Hawara checkpost south of Nablus Sunday was shot dead. A terror alert was imposed briefly in the southern Israeli town of Beersheba over an intelligence tip-off of an impending terror attack. Extra security forces were rushed in and roadblocks thrown up – until the all-clear.
