Palestinian who filmed Hebron incident testifies at IDF soldier’s trial
The presentation of testimony at the trial of IDF soldier Elor Azaria, who is charged with manslaughter over the killing of a subdued terrorist in March, continued Wednesday morning at a military court in Hebron as the photographer who filmed the incident took the stand. Imad Abu Shamsiyeh, a Palestinian resident of Hebron who works for the B'Tzelem organization, claimed he did not edit the video and denied that he knew that Azaria and his commander had previously arrested Shamsiyeh's son on suspicion of rioting and attacking soldiers.
