Palestinians ask Hague court for date to prosecute Israel

The Palestinian Authority has asked the International War Crime Court at The Hague to set a date for filing documents to support their suit against Israel for settlement construction and last summer’s IDF operation against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Further to the Palestinian diplomatic war on Israel, PA Foreign Minister Riyadh Al Maliki also said that “Arabs” would submit their reservations to the Palestinian statehood motion France plans to present to the UN Security Council on advice from Washington.
