Palestinians attack Israelis at Joseph’s Tomb, six injured

A group of about 30 ultra-orthodox Israeli Jews, who travelled overnight to Joseph’s Tomb in the West Bank without a military escort or prior coordination with Israel’s security forces, was attacked by Palestinians. Six were wounded and one of their cars was destroyed. The Israelis, members of the Breslav sect of Hassidic Judaism, were rescued by a large force of IDF troops that acted in coordination with the Palestinian security forces. The shrine under Palestinian sovereignty was torched in an arson attack on Thursday night.
