Palestinians open fire on IDF position near Ofra

Palestinian gunfire on an IDF post outside Ofra near Ramallah. The soldiers returned the fire which came from the village of Silwad amid disturbances and rock and firebomb attacks across the West Bank Friday, centering on Rachel’s Tomb, the Bethlehem refugee camp, Nablus, Halhoul, Western Tekoa and other locations.
In the south, hundreds of Palestinians continued to crash the Gaza border fence in an attempt to swarm across into Israel. After this went on for a week, Israeli forces opened fire to keep them out. The Palestinians report one dead and 30 injured.
