Paris Louvre in lockdown after machete terrorist attack

A man with a machete shouting Allahu akbar" attacked four soldiers on guard outside the Louvre museum in Paris Friday. One suffered minor injuries. They fired five shots at the attacker, seriously wounding him. He was carrying two backpacks. No explosives were found.  The area has been secured and the 250 people locked inside the museum are being allowed to leave in small groups. The local Metro station was also closed. Anti-terrorism prosecutors have opened an investigation into the incident.
