Paris police open fire on car trying to crash barrier

Police opened fire Sunday on a car that tried to crash through a Tour de France barrier at the Place de la Concorde, hours before the arrival of the competitors for the finals of the bike race. The car with tinted windows escaped with both occupants apparently unharmed, sparking massive manhunt in Paris.
