Parts of Aleppo dry after water pipe damaged

The Syrian opposition blames a Syrian army warplane for hitting the pipe with a missile, while Aleppo’s governor called it “sabotage by terrorists.” Water was cut off in the neighborhoods of Midan, Suleimaniyeh and Aziziyeh.
