Pathologist takes stand as testimony continues at Hebron shooting trial
The testimony stage of the trial of IDF soldier Elor Azaria, who shot and killed a subdued terrorist in Hebron, continued Thursday morning at a military court in Jaffa. Those who appeared before the court included a pathologist, who testified that the bullet fired at the terrorist's head caused his death, and Azaria's company commander, who testified that the soldier said "the terrorist should die" before opening fire. The commander also said the knife used in the attempted stabbing of IDF soldiers was far away from the terrorist as he lay on the ground and did not pose any danger.
