PM Rutte’s party is in lead according to Dutch election exit poll

Prime Minister Mark Rutte's center-right People’s Party appears to have won 31 seats in the 150-strong parliament, center-right People’s Party appears to have won 31 seats in the 150-strong parliament, far ahead of the h right-wing anti-immigration, Eurosceptic leader Geert Wilders,the Social Democrats and the Liberals, which all tied with 19 seats each, according to the first exit polls. Complete results are expected Thursday. The Netherlands election results are anxiously watched by France, Germany and Italy as a bellwether to whether their elections later this year will produce a strong right-wing swing.
