Poland denies Russian defense minister’s plane air transit

Poland refused permission for a plane carrying Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to fly through its airspace on his return from a visit to Slovakia, RIA Novosti news agency said on Friday. The plane returned to the Slovak capital of Bratislava. The incident was not explained.  Poland has accused Russia of aggression against its neighbor in the Ukraine crisis.
