Police break up Hamas bombmaking cell in Jerusalem

Israeli police have broken up a Hamas terror cell of over 20 people that was planning large-scale bomb attacks in Jerusalem. Most of the members were students at Abu Dis University in East Jerusalem, including some residents of the West Bank, several residents of East Jerusalem and one Israeli Bedouin. Following the arrests, investigators found a makeshift laboratory that the terror cell used to prepare explosives. The heads of the cell said they received instructions and financing from the military wing of the Hamas in Gaza.
