Police clash with Cairo protesters around US embassy

Protest against Morsi’s sweeping autocratic decrees is gaining momentum in Cairo. Police clashed with hundreds of protesters in the streets around Tahrir Square and outside the US embassy, firing tear gas after being pelted with rocks. Ten opposition parties have scheduled a mass protest for Tuesday.
