Preparations for resumed nuclear talks in Geneva next week

Iran, the IAEA and Six Powers reconvene for their second round of nuclear talks Nov. 7-8 in Geneva. Their delegates and technical experts held separate meetings last week to determine the agenda. Nuclear watchdog director Yikya Amano spent two days with Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, after which he reported: “There is some substance in Iran’s new proposal.”
