President to address the nation amid blazing dispute over judicial reform

President Yitzhak Herzog wil deliver a special address to the nation Sunday night at 8 p.m. after failing to bring about  dialogue in the dispute over the Government’s judicial reform plan. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu says he is ready for a discussion but insists on bringing the legislative process forward immediately without delay.  Its opponents won’t relent on their increasingly violent campaign of fiery rhetoric, rallies and strikes for defeating the plan.
