Prosecution will not appeal Lieberman’s acquittal

After nearly 10 years, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is finally free of litigation and probes against him on corruption charges. State Attorney Yehudah Weinstein decided Wednesday that the state would not appeal his acquittal in the last case against him, while still insisting that the prosecution was right to indict him.
