Putin talks to Trump ahead of Moscow meeting with Abbas

President Vladimir Putin spoke Monday with President Donald Trump before his meeting in Moscow with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. “Obviously we spoke about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” Putin was quoted as saying. He added he would like to bridge the differences between Israel and the Palestinians as the situation in the region is far from what the Kremlin would like to see. Abbas has declared that Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital has disqualified him as broker in the dispute, and is seeking an international mechanism to replace the US for Middle East peace talks. Abbas arrives in Moscow two weeks after a visit by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Putin is clever and was formerly in the KGB, so one should take care, as he definitely has a hidden agenda.

Russia wants Israel’s oil/gas resources. He can’t just take them without roiling the entire ME so he has enlisted Iran to help tame the muslim world while he goes on his conquest. What has Putin promised Iran in exchange for their help? Why, Jerusalem, of course. A strategy so simple a persian can understand it.

Read Ezekiel 38 and 39, one of the few prophecies still outstanding because it is scheduled for the End Times. Er oops, are we already there?

Putin has no hidden agenda. He’s transparent … provided you understand that he’s a flat out liar.

I doubt that’s Putin’s reason for his interest in the Middle East. He has all the oil/gas he needs in Russia. But he doesn’t have warm water ports like Tartus.
