Putin to make a two-day trip to Crimea
Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to spend Wednesday and Thursday in the port city of Sevastopol in southwestern Crimea to attend a scheduled meeting of the nation’s Security Council, before returning to Moscow to address the political factions in the Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament. Regarding the Russian convoy of 280 aid trucks for beleaguered pro-Russian separatists, Kiev officials are now demanding that they be unloaded at the border and reloaded on Red Cross vehicles, lest they masks military aid.
