Putin: Ukraine ceasefire from Sunday

According to first reports from the Minsk summit on Ukraine Thursday, President Vladimir Putin has agreed to a ceasefire going into effect next Sunday and the withdrawal of heavy artillery. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande, who initiated the summit, also invited Ukraine and rebel leaders to negotiate with Putin on a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine crisis.
