Pyongyang conducts another ballistic missile test

South Korea's Defense Ministry announced Wednesday morning that North Korea had carried out its latest test of a ballistic missile. The ministry said the launch was unsuccessful but it did not provide any other details such as the type of missile, the location or the reason for the failure. The test followed a visit to Seoul by American Secretary of State Rex Tillerson as well as the start of annual joint military exercises by the US and South Korea.
