Pyongyang’s latest ballistic missile test fails: S. Korean Defense Ministry

North Korea carried out a test of a medium-range (up to 3,000 km) ballistic missile on Thursday, but just like its previous test earlier this month, the weapon fell from the sky and exploded not far from the launch site, South Korea's Defense Ministry said.
