Rampaging knifeman kills three in Reading park near London|

Police arrested a 25-year old local man who had stabbed three people to death and seriously injured another three in a random attack on Saturday night in a park crowded with families in the town of Reading west of London. The attacker of Libyan descent was wrestled to the ground by a police sergeant. The case was not currently being treated as terrorism, said the police spokesman, although officers are keeping an open mind. Counter-terrorism detectives were called in for the investigation.
