Renewed car bombing in Beirut leaves 19 injured

At least 19 people were injured overnight Monday when a female suicide bomber blew herself up in a white Mercedes while approaching the Tayyouneh checkpoint at the entrance to Beirut's southern suburbs, which are controlled by Hizballah. The wounded victims were watching the World Cup.
