Report: Saudi King abdicates next week in favor of son, who will fight Iran

The London Daily Mail reported Thursday from a “a source close to the Saudi royal family” that King Salman is planning to give up the Saudi throne next week and name his son, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, 32, as his successor. The king will reportedly “play the role of the queen of England,” keeping only the title  of “Custodian of the Holy Shrines.”

Twelve days ago, Prince Muhammad ordered 500 notables, including princes, former ministers and business leaders, detained on charges of corruption. The British newspaper carried the first photos of detainees sleeping in mattresses on the floor of the Carlton Ritz Riyadh.  After he is crowned king, the prince will focus on Iran, according the Daily Mail. His plan is to start the fire in Lebanon, said the source, in the hope of Israeli military backing. He is convinced he has to hit Iran and Hizballah – contrary to the advice of the royal family – and will enlist the help of the Israeli military to crush Hizballah, for which he has promised Israel billions of dollars if they agree.
The source stressed: MBS can’t confront Hizballah in Lebanon without Israel. Plan B is to fight Hizballah in Syria, said the source.

This could have some truth to it given that MBS has arrested 500 members of the hierarchy recently. Looks like he has grand ambitions.

Better than this could only be Hamas deserting Gaza following people uprising and fury, and begging for political refugee asylum in Israel, nothing more nothing short of it!

Sounds a whole lot like what the Hebrew prophets said. The trigger will be the MASSIVE earthquake of Ezekiel 38:19-20. The great tribulation is near … which means Messiah is too.

Israel would have to be out of its mind to accept this Saudi deal.

If the Saudis want to hit Iran and Hizbollah, Iran and Hizbollah will hit Israel anyway, so Israel is left with little choice. The Iranians have stated that they want Israel gone within 25 years, so why not bring the battle forward and win convincingly? Then the Palestinians would have to sit up and listen, be pressured in to a self rule agreement and world will be a better place without at least three major generators of terrorism.

Interesting that the possibility of Saudi Arabia fighting Iran has excited so much concern. The Ayatollah repeatedly called for the elimination of the Saudi regime, as well as for death to America and Israel, and the (Obama) American and European reaction was to legitimize Iran as a nuclear power, based upon Iran’s promise to not use their nuclear weapon capability. The USA, and some of Europe, allied with Russia to fight Nazi Germany, despite their enormous differences, because of their national interests. An alliance between Israel and Saudi Arabia against Iran would be no different, and could, as a consequence, result in an acceptable resolution of the issues of Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the Golan Heights. Just as the USA and Europe benefited from their alliance, even though their differences continued thereafter, the same result might occur with an alliance with Saudi Arabia. That potential aftermath would largely mark a return to the situation that exists now, but, just as the benefits to the USA from the alliance with Russia, the defeat of Nazi Germany, continued, the benefits to Israel from the alliance might continue.

There is an adage, as old as Middle East itself: ” An enemy of my enemy is my friend.”
Israel now has a unique opportunity to deal a devastating blow to Hizballah, tacitly supported (of all people!)
by Saudi Arabia new King Mohammed !!
