Rioting breaks out in Kalandia area; one Palestinian seriously wounded

Palestinians rioted in the area of Kalandia in northern Jerusalem on Wednesday morning. One Palestinian who tried to throw an explosive device at IDF troops during the unrest was shot and seriously wounded.
