Roadside bombs kill an Egyptian soldier, injure 5 in Sinai

An Egyptian NCO was killed and three soldiers injured after a firefight with five Al Qaeda-Sinai gunmen who ambushed the force Friday near the northern Sinai town of Sheikh Zuweid. Their armored car ran into two roadside bombs. In response, a military helicopter killed three "terrorist elements" fleeing the scene in a car.
