Russia advises citizens to quit Syria

The Russian Foreign Ministry published Tuesday a rare advisory to citizens to quit Syria “while it is still possible” to reach safe routes of departure. The Free Syrian Army rebels are described as threatening the two Syrian international airports in Damascus and Aleppo and making them military targets. The advisory quotes the FSA’s 72-hour notice of coming attacks on flights taking off from civilian airfields and plans to disrupt air traffic.
