Russia alarmed by Gaza clashes but slams “extremist” tactics

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was quoted as saying on Wednesday that his government was deeply alarmed by the clashes on the Gaza-Israel border between Palestinian protesters and Israeli security forces. But he also said that Moscow was opposed to what he described as “extremists” using civilians to spearhead anti-Israeli protests that risk turning violent.

Russia, just another unlucky country, they too have plenty of crazy Muslims lurking around.
But, they’ve managed until now, with this simple army rule: “first you shoot, then you shoot again, when the charger is empty you shout STOY, RUKY!”

You definitely heard something, but definitely didn’t serve in the Soviet or Russian army. The procedure is the following: You shout Stoy( stand where you are) , I translate for non Russian audience, Stoy strelyat budu( Stand or I’ll shoot), You shoot one round in the air, in case of not obedience you shoot to kill. This is the standard procedure of reacting to the person closing on the sentry protecting the site or perimeter. In case of the mass riots commanding officer warns the crowd that if they try to close to the particular distance automatically order shoot to kill would be executed. If events are happening in the battle area, it’s in full discretion of the sentry to open fire with or without warning. Normally sentry is instructed in this particular circumstances, to keep himself well concealed, observe the approaching person, and than to make decision to shoot first or call the intruder. I’d personally shoot first, ask later.

This is the old procedure from the last 20th century.

Nowadays, you set an automatic strategic tweet for that area, such that Hamas could know upfront there is interdiction and danger up there. You also set an automatic tactical tweet for the immediate vicinity area such that Hamas could know it was detected and the robotic weapon system is trained on him/them already.

Zvi please forward the procedures the the Main Stream Media (MSM) that seems confused as what is a peaceful protest and what is an assault on your Country or Defensive Position.

I bet lots of the wounds are hidden fire from Hamas in the back of the attackers on the fence.
It would not be for the first time.

Our politically correct anaemic prime minister of Canada is calling for restraint on both sides. It’s too bad he does not have the intelligence or guts to understand the difference between Hamas terrorist group inciting it’s civilians to commit suicide and a democratic army trying to defend a one fence border from 40,000 civilians with thousands of armed terrorists mixed in who want to storm the border and approach anIsraeli Village on the other side of the fence. I only wish that the same 40,000 people would storm the house of commons in Ottawa while he is sitting in there combing his hair. Let us see what he will do. Do you remember when the mohawk tribe closed one road on the reserve which prevent traffic from passing and you remember Trudeau proclaimed the war measures act and brought out the tanks and the F-16s on the Mohawks. I invite our prime minister to stand with the Israeli soldiers at the fence and see how calm he will be.
    Let’s get Real!,,, Israel

I live in the U.K. and can only smile wearily at the Russians bemoaning extremist tactics ,the main reason we have had cities and districts in London closed because of weapons grade polonium being used in assasinations and deadly nerve agentgs maiming Putins critics.
The chaos ensuing in Syria which has millions of refugees across Europe and the Middle east is the Russian air force using Syria as a testing ground for it,s new weapons.
If the Israellis on this board approve of Putins methods why don,t they allow say 200,000 refugees from Putins war to settle in Israel, somehow I don,t think so.

The Russians would like to have Israel in its military sphere of influence. However, the Russians cannot afford to provide Israel with billions worth of its armaments for free.

Coming from Lavrov, that was a pretty big anti-Hamas statement!

“I cannot agree with the fact that dozens of peaceful civilians, including children and infants, who were killed in these incidents were terrorists. This is a blasphemous statement,” Lavrov said.
