Russia reported selling Saudis heavy, multi-barrel rocket launchers

Russian military sources report that Saudi Arabia has begun taking delivery of heavy Russian Solntsepek multi-barrel rocket launch systems. This is the first time that Moscow has sold the Saudis weapons systems that can be used in the Yemen war against the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels. The same sources also report negotiations for the supply to the oil kingdom of advanced Russian S-400 air defense systems, for use against the Iran-made missiles and drones with which the Houthis are bombarding Saudi Arabia, including its capital, Riyadh.

Just great. Now Israel will have to contend with Russian weaponry, not just from Turkey and Iran, but from the Gulf States as well. So much for Bibi’s supposed negotiations with the Russians and the Sunni states. You really believe that the Saudis will be content to “defend” against just the Shiites? Get real.

USA threatened to not sell Turkey the F-35 for taking deliver of the Russian made missile system.
It will be interesting to see of they do the same for the Saudi’s.
