Russia scuttles an old vessel to block sea outlet

DEBKAfile reports that the Russian Navy Thursday scuttled the ageing Ochakov sub-hunter in the channel leading out of Lake Donuzlav to the Black Sea, thereby snapping shut the jaws of a trap for the Ukraine Fleet to escape from its base to the open sea.
