Russia steps up Ukraine rhetoric

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Tuesday it is “dangerous to force Ukraine to choose between Russia and the West.” Moscow continues to question the legitimacy of the powers which seized control of Kiev and lay the groundwork for forcible Russian intervention.
