Russia wants the US to explain why Daesh allowed to leave Raqqa

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reported Thursday that Moscow had asked the US for an explanation as to the “consequences” of Islamic State terrorists being allowed to leave Raqqa safe and sound with their weapons. According to a BBC report, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) alliance allowed 250 Daesh jihadists and some 3,00 members of their families to leave their last Syrian bastion in October.
Lavrov added in answer to a question: “I cannot speak about collusion. We use facts. We have no proof that there was any collusion.” He called “absurd” the Pentagon’s assertion that the US is present in Syria lawfully in line with the UN Security Council decision,

    Mister Lavrov is russian, and russians geologists have descovered these thick ground deposits of hemoglobin all over gulags places in Russia. It is normal for him to be concerned with the most minute aspects of killings, and to stand up against weak diplomacy with could permit a war to fade away.

    Simple answer Russia is protecting Hezbollah which is a bad Terrorist Group that murdered American Marines. Iran is complicit with this atrocity!
