Russian-American war of lists

Moscow Saturday published a list of 18 US officials banned from Russia in response to the American list of Russian officials facing visa and financial sanctions for complicity in the torture and the death of Sergei Magnitzky who was imprisoned for accusing high Russian officials of corruption. Accusing Washington of open blackmail, Moscow’s list bans the same number of Americans charging them with torture and the indefinite detention of prisoners at Guantanamo.
