Russian foreign minister in Cairo for talks on Syria

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met Arab League Secretary Nabil al-Araby in Cairo Monday, after which he is scheduled to hold talks with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and Foreign Secretary Muhammad Kemal Amar.
