Russian, Iranian presidents discuss Syria by phone

Presidents Vladimir Putin and Hassan Rouhani agreed in conversation Wednesday night that the use of chemical weapons was unacceptable but they also stressed their ojection to outside military intervention (sic) in the Syrian war.
