Russian PM calls on APEC nations to unite against ISIS

Speaking at the APEC conference in Manilla on Thursday, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev called on all member states of the 21-country forum to join Moscow in fighting ISIS. “An act of terror with our plane and the terror attack in Paris…have sharpened the global political agenda,” he said. “The war is declared against the whole civilized world. The threat is global and, alas, is real."
