Russian security said it has killed an ISIS leader in Dagestan
Russia’s FSB security service says it had killed an “emir” of the ISIS group in the North Caucasus along with four associates in a raid in the Dagestan region. He was identified as Rustam Aselderov, 35, a warlord who was the first high-profile Caucasian extremist to pledge allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi two years ago.
