Russia’s embassy in Damascus hit with mortar fire for two hours

The Russian embassy in Syria, located in central Damascus, was shelled for two hours on Wednesday, Russia's Foreign Ministry said Thursday. It added that the mortar attack damaged buildings in the compound and adjacent buildings but none of the embassy staff were wounded.
