Russia’s FSB says it thwarted ISIS attacks on Moscow

Russia's FSB intelligence service announced Thursday that it had arrested four ISIS activists who were planning to carry out a number of terrorist attacks in the capital. A citizen of Moldova and three citizens of Tajikistan who received instructions from Islamic State were found to have powerful explosives, assault rifles and ammunition in their possession, the FSB said.
